Guided rides through the history, culture and nature of Ostrava and Moravian-Silesian Region. Cultural and Sports Association Elegant has prepared ten beautiful routes with various themes. On the route, the participants will be accompanied by a guide, who will supplement the ride with an engaging commentary at several stops. Everyone will receive a brochure with valuable information supplemented by historical photographs, the content of which is being prepared by the Ostrava Museum. Rides are free of charge.

The project was established in 2020. The Cultural and Sports Association Elegant, in cooperation with the Ostrava Museum, wanted to offer the Ostrava residents a holiday leisure activity aimed at the general public and children in the first year of the Covid 19 pandemic. The aim of the project is to support an active lifestyle, city bikes and public interest in the history, culture and natural beauty of Ostrava. At the same time, emphasis is placed on education in the field of safety, acquaintance of the public with cycle paths and the possibilities of bicycle transport in Ostrava.

The project is realised with the financial support of the Statutory City of Ostrava.
